Richmond Yacht Basin       9950 Hoke Brady Road, Richmond, VA 23231

From I-95 South

• Take I-295 South, exit 84-A (it's a left exit off of 95 South).
• Proceed a little over 20 miles and take Rt. 5 West, exit 22B.
• Proceed about a mile and turn left at the stoplight onto Strath Rd.
• Go 2 miles to the stopsign and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a mile and a half and turn left onto Hoke Brady Rd.
• Go one mile, the road ends, turn right and follow the private road.
• When you get to the gate, call (804) 938-2350 and I will buzz you in.
• You'll see a sign for the Richmond Yacht Basin, turn left and go down the hill.
• Park in the first parking lot you come to.

From I-95 North

• Take 895 East/Pocahontas Pkwy, exit 67A
• Go over the bridge and pay the toll (currently close to $5.00 -- depends on peak/off peak)
• Take the first exit after the toll, Rt. 5.  Follow the long offramp to the stoplight at Rt. 5.
• Turn right at the light onto Rt. 5
• Go one mile to the stoplight and turn right onto Varina Rd (if you turn left, it is Wilson Rd.)
• Proceed a couple of miles to the stopsign and turn righ onto Kingsland Road.
• Go about a mile and turn left onto Hoke Brady Rd.
• Go one mile, the road ends, turn right and follow the private road.
• When you get to the gate, call (804) 938-2350 and I will buzz you in.
• You'll see a sign for the Richmond Yacht Basin, turn left and go down the hill.
• Park in the first parking lot you come to.

From I-64 East

• Take I-295 South, exit 177.
• Proceed a little over 30 miles and take Rt. 5 West, exit 22B.
• Proceed about a mile and turn left at the stoplight onto Strath Rd.
• Go 2 miles to the stopsign and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a mile and a half and turn left onto Hoke Brady Rd.
• Go one mile, the road ends, turn right and follow the private road.

From I-64 West

• Take I-295 South, (around the 200 mile marker on 64).
• Proceed about 6 miles and take Rt. 5 West, exit 22B.
• Proceed about a mile and turn left at the stoplight onto Strath Rd.
• Go 2 miles to the stopsign and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a mile and a half and turn left onto Hoke Brady Rd.
• Go one mile, the road ends, turn right and follow the private road.
• When you get to the gate, call (804) 938-2350 and I will buzz you in.
• You'll see a sign for the Richmond Yacht Basin, turn left and go down the hill.

From Chippenham Pkwy South

• Take Chippenham Pkwy South and cross over I-95 and onto 895
• Proceed over the Pocahontus Bridge, and pay the toll (currently close to $5.00 depends on offpeak/peak)
• Take the first exit after the toll, Rt. 5
• It's a long offramp, proceed to the light at Rt. 5 and turn right onto Rt. 5, east
• Go one mile to the first stoplight and turn right onto Varina Rd. (small seafood shop on right, and it's Wilson Rd. if you go left)
• Proceed a few miles to the stopsign and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a mile and turn left onto Hoke Brady Rd. (just after a field with powerlines going overhead)
• Go one mile, the road ends.  Turn right onto the Private Road
• When you get to the gate, call (804) 938-2350 and I will buzz you in.
• Follow the private road around as it curves to the left
• Turn left at the Richmond Yacht Basin sign and go down the hill
• Park in the first parking lot you come to, I'll be looking for you.

Deep Bottom Park       9525 Deep Bottom Road, Richmond, VA 23231

From I-95 South

• Take I-295 South, exit 84-A (it's a left exit off of 95 South).
• Proceed a little over 20 miles and take Rt. 5 East, exit 22A.
• Proceed about a mile and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a half mile and turn left onto Deep Bottom Road.
• Follow Deep Bottom Road to the parking lot of Deep Bottom Park.

From I-95 North

• Take 895 East/Pocahontas Pkwy, exit 67A

From I-64 East (on the west side of Richmond, near 288)

• Take I-295 South, exit 177.
• Proceed a little over 30 miles and take Rt. 5 East, exit 22A.
• Proceed about a mile and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a half mile and turn left onto Deep Bottom Road.
• Follow Deep Bottom Road to the parking lot of Deep Bottom Boat Landing.

From I-64 East (if coming out of the City, near the airport)

• Take I-64, East out of the City of Richmond.
• Take I-295 south, around the 200 mile marker
• Proceed a little over 6 miles and take Rt. 5 East, exit 22A.
• Proceed about a mile and turn right onto Kingsland Rd.
• Go about a half mile and turn left onto Deep Bottom Road.
• Follow Deep Bottom Road to the parking lot of Deep Bottom Boat Landing.

From I-64 West

From Chippenham Pkwy South

• Take Chippenham Pkwy South and cross over I-95 and onto 895
• Proceed over the Pocahontus Bridge, and pay the toll (about $5 now)
• Take the first exit after the toll, Rt. 5
• It's a long offramp, proceed to the light at Rt. 5 and turn right onto Rt. 5, east
• Proceed a number of miles and you will pass the I-295 overpass.
• Go about a mile past the 295 overpass, and turn right onto Kingsland Road
• Go about a half mile and turn left onto Deep Bottom Rd.
• Follow Deep Bottom Rd., it will lead you to Deep Bottom Park.  
• I'll be in the pontoon boat at the floating ramp.

Huguenot Flatwater

From I-95 South

• Take Powhite Parkway (VA-76), exit 79 (keep left and take 76 south, Powhite Pkwy).
• Cross over the James River bridge, and as you get near the toll, stay to the right.
• After toll, exit on Chippenham Pkwy, North.
• Go two miles, take N. Huguenot Road exit.
• Turn right at the light onto Huguenot Road.
• Stay in the right lane, before it ends, it will turn into an offramp for Riverside Dr.
• Take the Riveside Drive exit, and turn left at the stopsign onto Riverside Drive.
• Proceed about 100 yards to the stopsign and turn right onto Southampton.
• Go aobut 100 yards, the road ends, turn right into Huguenot Flatwater Parking lot.

From I-95 North

• Proceed on I-95 North to N. Chippenham Pkwy (VA-150), exit 67B
• Go about 12 miles, take N. Huguenot Road exit.
• Turn right at the light onto Huguenot Road.
• Get in the right lane and stay in the right lane, before it ends, it will turn into an offramp for Riverside Dr.
• Take the Riveside Drive exit, and turn left at the stopsign onto Riverside Drive.
• Proceed about 100 yards to the stopsign and turn right onto Southampton.
• Go aobut 100 yards, the road ends, turn right into Huguenot Flatwater Parking lot

From I-64 East or Parham Rd./Chippenham Pkwy South

• Take the Parham Rd exit, exit 181.
• Turn right onto Parham Road.
• Parham Rd. becomes S. Chippenham Pkwy, VA-150
• Take the Huguenot Road exit and turn left at the light.
• Get in the right lane and stay in the right lane, before it ends, it will turn into an offramp for Riverside Dr.
• Take the Riveside Drive exit, and turn left at the stopsign onto Riverside Drive.
• Proceed about 100 yards to the stopsign and turn right onto Southampton.
• Go aobut 100 yards, the road ends, turn right into Huguenot Flatwater Parking lot

From I-64 West or Chippenham Pkwy North

• Take I-64 West into the City and take I-95 North

From Huguenot Road

• Take Huguenot Road heading towards the James River.
• After passing Chippenham Parkway, get in the right lane and stay in the right lane, before it ends, it will turn into an offramp for Riverside Dr.
• Take the Riveside Drive exit, and turn left at the stopsign onto Riverside Drive.
• Proceed about 100 yards to the stopsign and turn right onto Southampton.
• Go aobut 100 yards, the road ends, turn right into Huguenot Flatwater Parking lot

From Carytown (if crossing the Huguenot Bridge to get to the Southside)

• Cross the Huguenot Bridge
• Just after the bridge ends, turn right at the Riverside Drive offramp.
• Turn left at the stopsign onto Riverside Drive.
• Proceed about 100 yards to the stopsign and turn right onto Southampton.
• Go aobut 100 yards, the road ends, turn right into Huguenot Flatwater Parking lot

Ancarrow's Landing

From I-95 South

• Take 95 South, and proceed through the City stretch of the highway.
• Cross over the James River bridge, and take your first exit, Maury Street.
• The offramp will lead you to the stoplight at Maury St.  Turn right at the light.
• Follow Maury St., as you cross over RR tracks and go under the I-95 overpass. 
• When you get to a fork in the road, stay to the left (do not go through the gate on the right)
• Follow the road and it'll turn sharply to the left, toward the river and into the Ancarrow's Landing Parking Lot.
• Park and come down the ramp, to the water's edge.

From I-95 North

• Take 95 North, and just before you get to the City and before you cross over the James River, take the Maury St. exit.
• The offramp will lead you to the stoplight at Maury St.  Turn right at the light.
• Follow Maury St., as you cross over RR tracks and go under the I-95 overpass. 
• When you get to a fork in the road, stay to the left (do not go through the gate on the right)
• Follow the road and it'll turn sharply to the left, toward the river and into the Ancarrow's Landing parking lot.
• Park and come down the ramp, to the water's edge. 

From the City

• Take either the Rt. 60 or Rt. 1/301 Bridge from the City of Richmond
• Turn left onto Maury St.  (if no left turn, go one street past, and turn left, then take the first left, back tracking to Maury St.)
• Follow Maury St.  Go through a series of stoplights, and over RR tracks, and then under the I-95 overpass.
• When you get to a fork in the road, stay to the left (do not go through the gate on the right)
• Follow the road and it'll turn sharply to the left, toward the river and into the Ancarrow's Landing parking lot.
• Park and come down the ramp to the water's edge.

From the Southside of Richmond

• Follow any number of streets to Rt. 1/301.  (Forest Hill Ave., Semmes Ave., Hull St., or Midlothian)
• Turn right onto Rt. 1/301, Cowardin Ave.
• Turn left onto Maury St. (if no left turn, go one street past and turn left.  Then take the first left, back tracking to Maury St.)
• Follow Maury St.  Go through a series of stoplights, and over RR tracks, and then under the I-95 overpass.
• When you get to a fork in the road, stay to the left (do not go through the gate on the right)
• Follow the road and it'll turn sharply to the left, toward the river and into the Ancarrow's Landing parking lot.
• Park and come down the ramp to the water's edge.
